I have led the delivery of scalable, digital experiences across design, development, and content operations. I managed content ecosystems across multiple CMS platforms for enterprise clients, including US Bank, High Street Insurance, and Sunrise Senior Living. I partnered with cross functional teams to align digital execution with business objectives, streamlined content, workflows and developed training documentation to drive consistency and efficiency across teams.

Design Media Supervisor / Web Designer
I supervised the advertising creative team for SignOnSanDiego.com and The San Diego Union-Tribune, directing projects from concept to completion to ensure high-quality work delivered on schedule. I managed both online and print advertising production, supported revenue-generating campaigns, recruited and evaluated and reviewed design staff, and established standard operating procedures while coordinating closely with account executives and the creative team.

In this role, I was responsible for the design, development, and content production for the Real Estate, Employment, and Automotive sections of the website. I supported the sales team by creating online advertising, building and testing email campaigns, and ensuring projects were delivered on tight deadlines. My work also included coding, debugging browser compatibility issues, and managing ad scheduling.
